Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 can pumpkin puree (15 oz)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 unbaked pie crust (9 inch)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  2. Whisk pumpkin puree, condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt together in a medium bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour into crust.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Reduce oven temperature to 175°C and continue baking until a knife inserted 1 inch from the crust comes out clean (35 to 40 minutes). Let cool before serving.
