Lemon Meringue Ice Dessert

Ingredients
Makes 2 loaf tins:
450ml double cream
400g carton Greek Yogurt
6oz icing sugar
Finely grated rind of 3 lemons
1 packet meringue nests, crushed
6 tbsp lemon curd
Method
Whip cream in large bowl.
Add sugar, yogurt, + lemon rind.
Whisk together.
Add crushed meringues.
Fold in lemon curd.
Spoon into 2 loaf tins (lined).
Cover + freeze.
