Biscoff & Apple Crumble

Ingredients
For the apple filling
- 600g apples, peeled and chopped
- 50g light brown sugar
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp mixed spice
- 100g Biscoff spread
For the crumble mix
- 175g plain flour
- 100g light brown sugar
- 115g butter, cut into cubes
- 50g Biscoff biscuits, crushed
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Chop the apples, then mix with the sugar, cornflour, cinnamon,
and mixed spice.
- Add the apple mix to a baking dish with the Biscoff spread.
- Mix the flour, brown sugar, cubes of butter, and crushed Biscoff
biscuits to make the crumble.
- Pour the crumble mix over the top of the apple mix.
- Bake for 40 minutes and enjoy warm with custard, ice cream, or cream.
