Ingredients
- Streaky bacon
- Dried whole apricots
- Soft brown sugar
- Cream cheese (optional)
Method
- Cut bacon strips in half.
- Roll one apricot up in each strip of bacon.
- Coat/roll in brown sugar.
- Fry in pan first on low to cook bacon then on high to caramelise sugar.
- Eat far too many than you should.
Bonus step
- Between steps 1 & 2, slit apricots and fill with some cream cheese
before rolling in bacon.
