Ingredients

  • Streaky bacon
  • Dried whole apricots
  • Soft brown sugar
  • Cream cheese (optional)

Method

  1. Cut bacon strips in half.
  2. Roll one apricot up in each strip of bacon.
  3. Coat/roll in brown sugar.
  4. Fry in pan first on low to cook bacon then on high to caramelise sugar.
  5. Eat far too many than you should.

Bonus step

  • Between steps 1 & 2, slit apricots and fill with some cream cheese before rolling in bacon.
